We use personal information to provide you with the services you have requested from us and our partners. In addition, we use personal information to send you periodic email communications about products and services offered by us or our partners, to operate and improve our Sites and services, to respond to customer inquiries, and to send you survey or other communications.

We do not rent, sell or share personal information about you with other people except to provide products or services you’ve specifically requested from us or our partners, and under the following circumstances:

For example, if you request our help in locating a senior care provider, we may disclose your personal information to one or more senior care providers who will contact you directly. If you request information from our third party providers, including those providing help with relocation or other elder care services, we may disclose your personal information to one or more of such providers who will contact you directly. Service providers may contact you by email, telephone, regular mail, in person visits or other means. We do not regulate how these third party service providers use or disclose your personal information.
- Internal Analysis and Operations. We may disclose information about you for our own internal statistical, design or operational purposes, such as to estimate our audience size, measure aggregate traffic patterns, and understand demographic trends among our users. We may outsource these tasks and disclose personal information about you to third parties, provided the use and disclosure of your personal information by these third parties is restricted to performance of such tasks.
- Legal and Other Compliance. We may disclose personal information when we believe it is appropriate to comply with the law; to enforce or apply this privacy statement or our other policies or agreements; to protect our or our users' rights, property or safety; or to protect our users from fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful use of, our Sites; or if we reasonably believe that an emergency involving immediate danger of death or serious physical injury to any person requires disclosure of communications or justifies disclosure of records without delay.

Our Services
We help families evaluate the type of care needed by an elderly person including an assessment of issues such as care requirements, desired price level, and amenity preferences. Once we understand the individual's needs and preferences, we help to identify the senior care providers in our participant group that could potentially meet those needs and preferences. The names of those providers are shared with the individual and/or family member. We also forward the individual's name and pertinent information to the provider(s) along with a request that the provider contact such individual.
No Endorsement; No Affiliation
Due to the complicated and constantly changing healthcare delivery landscape, we exercise no independent judgment as to the quality of the provider(s), nor do we endorse or any provider(s). We do not provide specific advice regarding which provider(s) you should use and you should only make decisions regarding service providers after consulting with them, your family members and other knowledgeable sources, based on your specific needs, after a thorough review and investigation. We believe and are committed to educating family members on how to assess quality care so that they can make good decisions today and every day after a loved one is placed with a provider. AALH is not owned or affiliated or related in any way with any of the providers listed on our Site, except through the fee the provider pays us to be included.

The information contained in this Site may include content that relates to medical, legal, financial or other professional matters. It is provided for informational, educational and discussion purposes only and should not be used, interpreted, or relied upon as professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment; legal; financial or professional advice; or advice regarding which service providers you should use. Privacy and Consent to Communications
We believe strongly in providing you notice of how we collect and use your data, including personally identifying information, collected from the Site. Each person that is provided with a password and user ID to use the Site must agree to abide by these Site Terms and is responsible for all activity under such user ID. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of any password connected with your account.

Our Commitment
All Assisted Living Homes is committed to helping families understand their senior housing needs and providing a variety of options and choices in obtaining care and services for loved ones. Consequently, All Assisted Living Homes is not owned or affiliated or related in any way with any of the providers listed on our website, except through the fee the provider pays All Assisted Living Homes to be included.

We make no claim or representation regarding, and accept no responsibility for, the quality, content, nature or reliability of third-party Web sites accessible by hyperlink from the Site, or websites linking to the Site. Such sites are not under our control and we are not responsible for the content of any linked site or any link contained in a linked site, or any review, changes or updates to such sites. We provide these links to you only as a convenience, and the inclusion of any link does not imply affiliation, endorsement or adoption by us of any site or any information contained therein. * Investigate a complaint that User Content violates the Site Terms, and determine in our sole discretion whether to remove the material or take other action;
* Remove User Content if we determine in our sole discretion that a violation of the Site Terms has occurred or may occur in the future; or
* Terminate a user's access to the Site (or any portion thereof) if he or she has violated our Site Terms.

Termination

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, applicable to agreements made and entirely to be performed within the State of Washington, without resort to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions can be filed only in state or federal court located in Seattle, Washington, and you hereby irrevocably and unconditionally consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts over any suit, action or proceeding arising out of these terms and conditions.
General Terms
If any part of the Site Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the Site Terms will continue in effect. We may assign this Agreement, in whole or in part, at any time with or without notice to you. You may not assign this Agreement, or assign, transfer or sublicense your rights, if any, in the Sites. Except as expressly stated herein, the Site Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us with respect to the Sites.

Portions of the Sites are protected by AALH intellectual property rights and unless otherwise explicitly indicated in the Site, the Site Materials and the selection and arrangement thereof are the proprietary property of AALH and its suppliers and are protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. The AALH name, and any AALH products and services slogans or logos referenced herein are either trademarks or registered trademarks of AALH in the United States and/or other countries. The names of actual third party companies and products mentioned in the Site may be the trademarks of their respective owners. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.
